  • I recently retired from CP. Used to work as a brakeman on the trains out of Nelson in the early 1970's and travelled many times to Midway. I remember service from Pentition to Midway stopped in May 1973. A train would occasionally run from Midway to Beaverdell I think up to about 1977. I think service stopped from Castlegar to Midway in 1989. Your photos brought back a lot of memories for me. Thankyou!!
