Globetrotters in Lisbon

Hi, Miguel: I grew up watching the Boston Celtics win their 8 championships in a row and getting to see the Globetrotters fairly often. LOVED THEM! Thank you for taking these & sharing them. Sure brings back the memories!! Nancy

I vividly remember seeing the Trotters as a kid in the Washington, DC, area in the late 50s and early 60s. Meadowlark Lemon was a big star then. His strident, tenor voice was heard throughout the arena the entire game. Also saw a pretty good documentary about them on TV about the same time. Great athletes and a grueling schedule.
