I remember the inspiration for my bodybuilding was a when I was on holiday aged 14. I sat around the pool with my parents and my parents made friends with another couple and they suggested I went up to see their son who was the same age and who was in his room 'training'. I didn't ask and they didn't say but dutifully went to find this boy. "Hang on!" I heard a voice shout from the other side of the door and a good looking boy with longish hair opned in a bathrobe. I told him who I was and he seemed friendly enouth. Then he said we could hang out and he went into the bathroom to change. When he came out I gasped in shock and amazement. He was in trunks and flip flops and built like a muscleman.
