    • Yes this is a beautiful site. I would love to visit the places as seen thru your lens'. I will however, always belong to The Heart of Dixie. Dixie is a place, and it holds no meaning in regards to any race or ethnic region. It is the land of king cotton, old coal mines, and good ol' southern hospitality. We very seldom see snow but it is snowing this AM. The churches are all closing and soon most of the interstate system will be impassable. All it takes to stop life here, in Dixie, is an inch or so. I long to be on Longboat Key amid the swamps and bogs were the sun burns very hot. Alabama in July and August is not a desirable place to be for snow birds, or for anyone who dislikes humidity. You must learn to sweat in comfort and go about your life. These are the months to visit what we call the far north, like Tennessee or Canada. I did wake up this AM on the right side of the grass and I find it very hard to believe that I am nearing my 61st year.

    • Chuck, I wouldn't have found enough time to shoot this course, so I'd have to ask, 'do you play, too?' A beautiful course, what's PAR and how did you do? ron

    • Hi Chuck, Well, It seems you are very knowledgable about Utah...but, I am not! I learned more about where I traveled just by reading your note in my GB!!! I should have taken notes as we were driving, but I was too busy taking pictures! Hopefully, I will do a better job of journaling the next time we drive that route! Have a great day! - Lynn
