All the zincs on the outdrive were replaced and I waxed the upper half, removing the few stray barnacles. The lower half I spray painted. Note the new bottom paint. Most parts came from www.stemtostern.com The lower unit fluid was changed. Grease the fittings and change the oil and she's ready to go!
