Album Info:

This is the drive unit I made. Front is to the left. A right angle gear; 1:1 ; is fashioned into the bottom of a section of hobie cat mast. The gear is a sealed unit and has 2 screws in the bottom; 1 for bulk oil/grease and 1 if you want to swap out a grease fitting. I put atf+4 trans fluid in it. The top has one of my high tech, lawn mower bearings in it to support the top of the shaft which will be in the hull.
