My small towel is there to dry my feet before I put my socks on. Underneath the towel are my running shoes, which will be the last things I need. The socks are rolled up for easy putting on. You can see the little elastic belt with my number attached. Then you have my bike shoes, helmet, and sunglasses, all set up for maximum quickness to put on. My running hat is at the upper right of my beach towel. My swim cap and goggles are there, too, but I will be using those first. Finally, you can see my bike, the orange and black "El Gigante" hanging on the rack.
