There was a Le Mans start up a '400 meter hill' to our bikes, then a sprint down and back around through the start finish shoot and back up the same hill. Yikes! That was the longest run I have ever done in my cycling shoes, and I am a single speeder. http://oneloveonegear.blogspot.com/
