A little about the fairing... I've used coroplast for years but I really wanted something shaped a little more like the Zipper fairing. The form was made out of concrete to lay up the fiberglass. Bondo was coated onto the concrete to get it smoother. The fairing turned out fairly well but would've been better if more time had been spent sanding the mold. It will do for now... esp since this is my first fiberglass project. I also used a Sago palm leaf to get a green leaf design on the Black Night metallic paint on the fairing.
